Hey Everyone, "Time Under Tension" is a time-proven, bodybuilding/powerlifting specific training style that can be utilized while lifting. The basic theory is that muscles need to be engaged for a longer period of time than what we're typically giving them through our traditional reps and sets. If the average lifter picks up some weights, knocks out eight reps quickly and then sets the weights down, it's possible they've done very little in the way of hypertrophy. Hello Everyone, Today we'll go in some more detail about something everyone is interested in, building muscle. We won't talk about specifically what to eat and how to train but we'll talk about the physiological processes that come into play behind the scenes allowing us to put on muscle. This time we'll walk you guys through our first product, Crusade preworkout. We started developing Crusade years before we started a company and it ended up being our main motivation for founding the company in the first place. We were all active duty military guys (most of us still are) and needed a product that stood up to other products while giving us what we needed for grueling training cycles and deployments. Other products in the...

We'll include some stuff about the owners but this is mainly for BLP as a whole. When products came out, the motivation behind them, what it took to formulate them, etc. As many of you know, Crusade preworkout was our first product. I had already developed the "formula" for Crusade years beforehand but never really knew what to do with it. I walked around to gyms on Fort Bragg, where I am stationed, and...
